Party potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of hash browns
  • 1.5 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pack of bacon, baked and chopped
  • 3/4 brick of marble cheese, shredded
  • 1 tub of sour cream
  • Small bag of Doritos, crushed

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Thaw the hash browns before cooking.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, cream of mushroom soup, chopped bacon, shredded marble cheese, and sour cream. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Top the mixture with the crushed Doritos, creating a crunchy topping.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the potatoes are cooked through and the top is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
