Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup apple butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
